In Love with my Nuetrals

Since I've been back in NYC, neutral and black colors have made their way back into my wardrobe. I was walking through Soho yesterday and found this cute little boutique by the name of BrandymelvilleIt was a little surprising to me that it was a one size fits all shop, but thank God everything fitted! The store has an all American Girl vibe to it. The garments were very light, summery, floral, knitted crops, and everything cutsy.  I feel like this particular store should definitely be in Texas; also I’m looking forward to seeing what their winter line will look like. I got a nice lace halter top, which gives a whole lot of chocolate back. I paired the top with an asymmetrical leather khaki skirt (Forever21) and nude heels (MystiqueBoutiqueNYC). I accessorized with huge hoop earrings (Bebe), thin bracelets (Aldo), midi rings (Aldo, HotPoint), and necklaces (Forever21). I love NYC and I LOVE my neutrals!!

Just Peachy

I decided to be as bright as the Los Angeles sun, but switched it up and made it a little peachy! I know summer is coming up, so I wanted to get all of my long sleeve shirts and leather out of the way. My peach blouse with the leopard print (Forever21) couldn't have fit better with my leather panel shorts (Forever21). My inspiration came from all the floral and print design one pieces I've seen celebrities rock. I know many people think its too matchy when the accessories (Aldo: earrings & purse Forever21 Michael Kors) and shoes (Aldo) are close to the same color of your outfit, but I don't care! I do what I want lol! Hope you enjoy!

Lavender Flower Doll

This weekend I was feeling cute and wanted to look like one of the dolls I had as a child. When I picked this lavender mini (Misguided) I pictured all the beautiful flowers I’ve had a pleasure of viewing while in California. In New York you’re only really able to see a ton of trees and concrete, so when I saw the different colored plants and flowers I could do nothing but take them in. We tend to appreciate things we don’t often see. I accessorized with this thin hand piece (Aldo) and this adorable clutch (Aldo), because the colors matched. I am never the one to wear shades (Forever21), I like showing my whole face lol, but these sunglasses just fitted with the dress and reminded me of the 60’s. To really complete the doll look I wore a pair of white chunky boots (H&M). Being as cute as a button and as light as a flower!
