Fall's Open and Closed

Winter approaching is making me want everything sleek and black. I am a very simple girl and love to have a “go to” shoe or heel, and I’m pretty sure I’ve found them. On my day off I did what I love the most ­­­­­­­­SHOP! I found two pairs of shoes that will carry me through the fall/winter with no problem. First one up is a boot (Forever21) that can be worn with stockings, jeans, or leather. They are super sleek and I just love the subtle detail of the stitching. These boots looks like they’re worth a lot of money but were only $39.80.  My favorite part about shopping is finding affordable pieces that are classic and well, look expensive lol! Now everyone wants a lace-up heal for the winter and these Zara heels are perfect. These shoes are easy to dress up an outfit without dealing with the strains of wearing a thin heel. I honestly prefer a thick heel when going up against these mean concrete streets of NYC! So what do you think?

Mom Jeans and Red Lips

I am in loooovveee with Mom Jeans from Missguided OMG! First off anything high-wasted is a plus, but when mixed with a relax fit; it’s just like YEEEESSSSS! Sporting mom jeans tells me I can be comfortable and give life to my hourglass shape! Another piece I’m in love with is the crop top from SheInside.com. To complete my outfit I had to put some fire red lips from Sephora and hot red shoes from Lulus.com. Aldo, Forever21, and ShopRoxx of course were in charge of the accessories!! What do you think??

Saint Records Inspired

A bold look never hurt, especially when your main goal is to stand out!! My outfit today is inspired by the one only Htown girl, with a funky sense of fashion Solange Knowles. She loves patterns, bright colors, and rocks them so well; so I thought let me give it a try. Initially when I copped this outfit from HotPoint, or website ShopRoxx, I was a little uneasy but I thought to myself to hell with it!! I paired my eye-caching outfit with some yellow strappy shoes from Steve Madden.

Farewell Houston

Spending time in Houston with my family has been a pleasure, but my trip has come to the end a nd I have to head back to Nuevo York. I'll miss the hot sun, green grass, and the ability to see the sky and ground meet. While spending time in the south, I decided to keep it light and breezy with some of my backyard and cookout outfits. Forever21 was my choice when it came to my summer ensembles because they always carry something light and fresh. I'm just a southern girl, who enjoys good food, sunny days, a cute clothes.
